If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Orders – Lake Mac Honey
Delivery

Shipping is a flat rate of $15.25 for standard delivery Australia-wide.
- We also offer Local Delivery at a discount ($4.95) by using the code LOCAL at checkout. Available to customers within approximately 0-15 km of Warners Bay, NSW.
Deliveries are made within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. If your address falls outside this area, we may contact you to arrange alternative delivery or refund the order. -
Orders over $75 will receive free delivery to a single Australian address.

We only deliver to Australian residential, business, and PO Box addresses. International orders are not available at this stage. If you want to discuss multiple delivery addresses, please contact us before placing your order.

We use Australia Post, Fastway, and other courier providers where necessary to deliver across Australia. We aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days, although some regional areas may take longer.

During busy periods (e.g., Christmas, public holidays, or promotional events) delivery may be delayed due to courier capacity and holiday closures.

Please ensure your delivery address and postcode are correct, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information. Extreme weather, civil actions, or courier breakdowns may also cause unavoidable delays.

All orders are tracked, and a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is home, a card will be left with instructions to either collect your parcel from your local Post Office or arrange redelivery.

If you would like your delivery left in a secure place without a signature, you can specify this in the delivery comments during checkout. This acts as an “authority to leave,” and Lake Mac Honey cannot be held responsible for loss or damage after delivery in this case.
Christmas & Holiday Delivery

To ensure your honey and gift boxes arrive in time for Christmas, please place your Australia-wide orders by December 10th.
Local customers (within 15 km of Warners Bay) can order until December 20th for guaranteed Christmas delivery. -
While we do our best to deliver on time, please note that couriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
Order Tracking & Returns – Lake Mac Honey
Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, we’ll send you an email confirming it’s ready to go.

When your package leaves Lake Mac Honey, you’ll receive an email or text with your tracking number from our courier.

You can track your order by visiting the courier’s website (your email or text will tell you which courier is delivering your parcel) and entering your tracking number.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time due to import restrictions on honey.
State & Regional Restrictions
Certain regions have restrictions on shipping honey or honeycomb:
Western Australia

Due to domestic quarantine laws, we cannot ship: all honey, honeycomb, honey gift packs.
Tasmania

Honeycomb or products containing honeycomb cannot be shipped.
Kangaroo Island

Bringing honey, bees, or bee products onto the island is prohibited.
Returns & Refunds
We want every jar of honey to delight you! Here’s how we handle returns:

Damaged, faulty, or misdescribed products

If your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, contact us within 7 days.

We will provide a replacement or refund once proof of purchase is confirmed and the product is returned to us.

This is because we cannot resell food products once they leave our hive and packaging.
